I never thought I'd be on the cancer bus, much less at 31. This is a sometimes-verbose glimpse into my journey through Hodgkins, kind of in real time.
Haha... after 14 days of ringing in your ear, I too would wish for mental stability in the new year. Two things that help:At night turn on a fan, the white noise helps cancel out the ringing noise.During the day, wear soft ear plugs. It blots out excess noise yet you can still hear the thing you are focusing on - a person or the TV. That way all you have to deal with is ringing and the thing you are choosing to listen too, without all the things you don't want to hear blotted out. Lowers the sound confusion.Luck!
